THE REASON WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The personal data we collect helps us address your needs, provide our Services, and carry out our business and legal obligations. Specifically, the personal data we collect enables us to: (1) provide our Services; (2) operate, maintain, and improve the quality of our Services; (3) communicate with you by postal mail, e-mail, text (SMS, MMS), and/or phone about our Services; (4) to carry out other purposes that are described to you at the time the information is collected; and (5) as otherwise required by law.

We do not share your data with third parties, except as governed and directed by your veterinary office or veterinarian. We do not sell your data for any purpose.

Our Services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18. In addition, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. Only adults 18 years or older are allowed to use our Services.
COOKIES & WEB BEACONS
We may also use web beacons which collect information from our websites and from email we may send to you. Web beacons are electronic images which can be used to deliver cookies, count visits, or tell if an e-mail has been opened or acted upon.
We do not use technology that recognizes and complies with a “do not track” signal from a web browser.

RIGHT TO CORRECT INACCURACIES

Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will let you know what, if any, personal data we can rectify from our records.
RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF DATA SHARING
You may also have the right to opt out of having your personal data shared with a third party. Please note that we do not track users across devices, so you will have to opt out from each device where you access the Services.
We may in some cases use automated decision-making, as authorized by legislation, to assist in sorting and analyzing the data we collect. For certain categories of data, you can always request a manual decision-making process instead or choose to opt out of any automated decision-making process. RIGHT TO HAVE INFORMATION DELETED
